Unfortunately, no. However, additional tests, while extremely valuable, are not required. It's like the 80/20 rule. 80% of the benefit you gain will be from the foundational changes needed to adopt a healthy lifestyle. If you are interested in getting a complete view of your current health profile we can order them for you or we can provide a list of standard labs that you can request from your primary care provider.
Yes, health and wellness coaching as well as tests are generally reimbursable by HSA/FSA accounts. Depending on your specific HSA/FSA program you may need a letter of medical necessity from your primary care provider, or you can choose to have one of our medical providers complete an evaluation and provide one for you, if appropriate.
Yes, absolutely. We have two ways that we offer supplements. We use Fullscript which has a huge collection of nutritional supplements. Within Fullscript we have a list of supplement recommendations that we have vetted to be high quality and we can make specific recommendations based on your health and wellness goals.
We also offer a range of supplements, nootropics, and peptides that are only available through healthcare practitioners. While we do have these available through our online store, if you're not already knowledgable on these compounds and how to use them, we highly recommended scheduling an appointment to speak with us about your health and wellness goals so you can make the most well informed decision.
